Hi, I’m Cierra — a writer, editor, technology professional, and business owner with more than 10 years of experience across technical documentation, IT support, business operations, financial services, customer service, and creative work.
I specialize in taking complicated information and making it clear, organized, and easier to understand. My writing experience includes technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, training materials, knowledge-based content, workflow instructions, business content, editing, and proofreading. I enjoy researching unfamiliar topics, breaking down complex ideas, and creating content that is both useful and approachable for everyday readers.

My professional background also includes hands-on technology experience. I have supported users in enterprise IT environments, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, VPNs, MFA, software, hardware, connectivity, and other technical issues. I am CompTIA Security+ certified and currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology through Western Governors University. 

In addition to writing and technology, I have experience in tax preparation, healthcare, financial operations, customer service, and managing my own businesses. Working across different industries has taught me how to communicate with different audiences, pay close attention to detail, manage deadlines, research accurately, and adapt quickly to new subjects.
